Mexican Restaurants in Prague
Somewhat unexpectedly, Prague has a number of great Mexican restaurants, so your craving for some good fajitas does not have to go unanswered. Even Czech-run, non-Mexican restaurants sometimes include quesadillas or burritos on their menus, and some can be surprisingly tasty. Below is a sampling of some of the best Mexican and Latin American restaurants in Prague.
Cantina opened in 1997 as the first Mexican restaurant in Prague. It serves fajitas, quesadillas, burritos, enchiladas, and other Mexican dishes, along with great Margaritas. Lunch specials are offered from Monday to Friday. The restaurant is usually crowded, so get a reservation.

La Casa Blů is something of an institution in Prague. It was opened in 1996 by a Chilean expat and the menu is decidedly Latin American. Tacos, quesadillas, and fajitas are joined by Chilean sandwiches served with soup and salad, the extras include Argentinian chimichurri, and the first item on the sides menu is organic, fairtrade quinoa. The menu offers enough vegetarian options. Reservations are essential.

Three years later, a second, larger restaurant opened near Old Town Square. Later joined by Las Adelitas Lucemburská, there are now three locations in Prague. Las Adelitas serves Mexican staples, such as tacos, burritos, enchiladas, flautas, or quesadillas. The food is great, service is pleasant, and the ambience warm and welcoming.
